Botox
Who it’s for
The first conversation is about you, not a protocol. You may be a good fit if:
- Forehead lines, frown lines between the brows (11 lines) or crow’s feet
- You want a subtle lip flip or brow lift without surgery
- Jaw tension or teeth grinding linked to TMJ
- Excess sweating of the underarms, palms or soles
- Chronic migraines
Your options
Botox, filler or Kybella?
Three injectables, three different jobs. Which one fits depends on whether the concern is movement, lost volume or fat under the chin.
Botox® / Dysport®
Relaxes the muscles behind expression lines: forehead, 11 lines, crow’s feet. Lasts about 3 to 4 months.
Hyaluronic acid filler
Restores volume and shape: lips, cheeks, under-eyes, jawline, smile lines. Can be dissolved if needed.
Kybella®
Breaks down fat under the chin over 2 to 4 sessions. Does not tighten loose skin.
They are often combined in one plan; Dr. Arora recommends what suits your face at the consultation. Individual results vary.
How it works
What to expect
Consultation
Dr. Arora looks at how your face moves and talks through your cosmetic and therapeutic goals, then suggests a dose and placement.
Treatment
The area is cleaned, a topical numbing cream may be used, and Botox® or Dysport® is placed with a fine needle. Most sessions take 15 to 30 minutes.
Aftercare
Keep your hands off the treated area and skip strenuous exercise for 24 hours. Most people go straight back to their day.
Follow-up
Results appear over 3 to 7 days and usually last 3 to 4 months, so most patients return on that rhythm.
Areas we treat
Botox® and Dysport® can be placed in small amounts in many areas, each chosen for what you want to change.

Questions
Botox: common questions
How long does Botox last?
Usually 3 to 4 months. Most patients book their next session on that schedule, depending on how their body responds.
Will I still be able to make expressions?
Yes. Only selected muscles are relaxed, so lines soften while the rest of the face moves naturally.
Does it hurt?
Most people feel a quick pinch. A topical numbing cream can be used, and the treatment takes 15 to 30 minutes.
Can Botox help with an uneven face?
It can. Relaxing an overactive muscle on one side can bring features into better balance while keeping natural expression.
Can I combine Botox with filler?
Often, yes. Botox is commonly paired with dermal filler or laser treatments, and Dr. Arora will suggest a plan for your goals.
Is it safe to have Botox long term?
Neuromodulators have been studied extensively and are considered safe long term when given by an experienced provider who advises breaks when needed.
