Arora MD Longevity & Aesthetics in East Brunswick, NJ runs a longevity and functional medicine program led by Dr. Mudit Arora, a board-certified internal medicine physician with fellowship training in anti-aging and metabolic medicine. It starts with an in-depth history and lab work, looks for the root causes behind symptoms, and builds a plan that may include bioidentical hormone therapy, nutrition, exercise and lifestyle changes, monitored over time.

Longevity & functional medicine

Who it’s for

The first conversation is about you, not a protocol. You may be a good fit if:

  • Men and women who want to age with energy and function intact
  • Anyone managing fatigue, mood changes or a decline in physical or mental performance
  • People who want prevention, not only treatment once something goes wrong
  • Patients on medication for a chronic condition who want care that works alongside it

How it works

What to expect

  1. Initial consultation

A deep dive into your history, habits and concerns, with labs for hormones, nutrient levels and other health markers.

  2. Personal plan

Hormone therapy where it fits, plus nutrition, exercise and lifestyle recommendations.

  3. Therapy and monitoring

Regular check-ins and repeat labs track progress and guide adjustments.

  4. Long-term optimization

The plan evolves with you, with an eye on the decades ahead.

For hormone and longevity consults, please book at least two weeks ahead: our team sends a lab order for Quest, Labcorp or another participating lab, typically covered by insurance.

Root causes, measured

Functional medicine reads your labs for early signs, such as blood sugar, cholesterol and heart markers, inflammation, cancer screening and genetics, years before a problem becomes disease.

Hormones regulate energy, metabolism, mood and cognition, so balancing them is a central part of the program. Bioidentical hormone therapy may address testosterone, estrogen, progesterone and thyroid deficiencies, with diet, exercise and stress management alongside.

Getting ready

Small steps before and during the program help.

  • Eat a balanced diet and manage stress
  • Limit alcohol and caffeine, which can affect hormone levels
  • Keep your follow-ups and report any change in symptoms

An in-depth review of your history, habits and concerns, followed by tests such as bloodwork, hormone assessment and nutritional analysis that form the basis of your plan.

How does it approach chronic conditions?

Proactively, at the root: optimizing nutrition, balancing hormones and adjusting lifestyle rather than only managing symptoms.

Can I join if I take medication?

How soon might I notice changes?

Some patients notice energy, mood and sleep changes within a few weeks; hormone balance and metabolism can take several months.
