SKINJUVENATION is the signature skin treatment at Arora MD Longevity & Aesthetics in East Brunswick, NJ. It starts with either ablative laser resurfacing or microneedling to create controlled micro-injuries, then applies PEP Factor (a growth-factor serum) or exosomes from (plated)™ to support healing and collagen production. It is used for fine lines, scars, sun damage and uneven tone, usually as a series of 3 to 6 sessions.

Your options
Laser or microneedling first?
Both start the same healing response. The difference is depth, and how much recovery time you have.
Ablative laser
Removes outer layers of skin; suited to deeper wrinkles, scars and sun damage. Around 5 to 7 days of downtime.
Microneedling
A less invasive option that builds collagen through tiny punctures. Around 1 to 3 days of downtime.
Then: PEP Factor or exosomes
PEP Factor is a growth-factor serum for collagen and elasticity; exosomes support faster healing.
We recommend the combination after seeing your skin. Individual results vary.

What to expect
Consultation
We assess your skin and goals to decide between ablative laser and microneedling, and which serum follows.
Before treatment
Avoid sun, retinoids and harsh skincare for several days. A numbing cream is applied on the day.
Treatment
Laser or microneedling first, then PEP Factor or exosomes applied to the freshly treated skin.
Aftercare and follow-up
Redness and swelling usually settle within a few days. Use gentle products and sunscreen; results build over several weeks.
Why combine them
Resurfacing or microneedling sets off the skin’s repair process; the serum applied straight afterwards is there to support it. Together they target both immediate texture and longer-term collagen.

Is SKINJUVENATION painful?
Most patients feel mild discomfort, eased by a topical numbing cream. Redness or sensitivity afterwards usually resolves within a few days.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your skin and goals; 3 to 6 sessions spaced several weeks apart may be recommended.
What is the downtime?
It depends on the method: ablative laser may need 5 to 7 days, microneedling usually 1 to 3.
When will I see results?
Some improvement can show early, but the full effect develops over several weeks as collagen builds.
