Peptide therapy

Peptide therapy with a physician, not a website

An evaluation decides whether peptides suit you at all. If they do, the protocol is prescribed, sourced and monitored.

Arora MD Longevity & Aesthetics in East Brunswick, NJ offers physician-guided peptide therapy as part of a wider longevity plan. Every patient starts with a medical evaluation and candidacy screening; when a therapy is appropriate, it is prescribed for that patient, sourced through licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy channels, and followed up. Some options are compounded, off-label or investigational for the wellness goals discussed.

Peptide therapy

Who it’s for

The first conversation is about you, not a protocol. You may be a good fit if:

  • Adults wanting support with recovery and resilience
  • Anyone interested in healthy-aging and longevity care
  • People with sexual wellness concerns
  • Those who want a medically supervised program rather than products bought online

How it works

What to expect

  1. Consultation

Your goals, symptoms, history, medications and lifestyle, reviewed in detail.

  2. Candidacy screening

Not everyone is a candidate. Your health profile and risk factors decide whether treatment fits.

  3. Labs and protocol

Lab work is reviewed or ordered when appropriate, and any protocol is designed for you.

  4. Education and follow-up

How to use it, what to expect, possible risks, and follow-ups to adjust the plan.

For hormone and longevity consults, please book at least two weeks ahead: our team sends a lab order for Quest, Labcorp or another participating lab, typically covered by insurance.

What peptides are, and what they may support

Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as signaling molecules in the body. Within a physician-guided plan they may be used to support recovery, sleep and vitality, metabolic health, gut health, sexual wellness, focus and longevity goals.

Results vary from person to person and depend on baseline health, sleep, nutrition, stress and consistency. Peptides are one part of a broader plan, not a stand-alone fix.

Why sourcing and oversight matter

Products sold online as “research use only” usually come without an evaluation, a prescription, dosing guidance, lab review or follow-up, and their sourcing and sterility can be unclear.

Here, therapies are prescribed for the individual patient and prepared by licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies. Compounded medications are not reviewed by the FDA before they are marketed, which is why the evaluation and monitoring matter.

Is peptide therapy safe for me?

That depends on your history, your plan and physician oversight. The consultation determines whether it is appropriate.

Are compounded therapies reviewed by the FDA?

No. Compounded medications are not reviewed by the FDA before marketing. When appropriate, therapies come from licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy channels.

Do I need lab work first?
