Arora MD Longevity & Aesthetics in East Brunswick, NJ offers microneedling with exosomes. After microneedling creates tiny channels in the skin, exosomes (small stem-cell-derived vesicles carrying growth factors and proteins) are applied topically to support healing and collagen formation. It is used for fine lines, acne scars, uneven tone, sun damage and enlarged pores, takes 45 to 60 minutes, and suits all skin types.

Microneedling with exosomes

Who it’s for

The first conversation is about you, not a protocol. You may be a good fit if:

  • Fine lines and wrinkles
  • Acne scars or other facial scarring
  • Uneven tone, hyperpigmentation or sun damage
  • Enlarged pores
  • You want a non-surgical option with a short recovery

How it works

What to expect

  1. Consultation

We discuss your goals, evaluate your skin type and tailor the treatment.

  2. Preparation

A topical numbing cream is applied for comfort.

  3. Microneedling and exosomes

The device creates micro-channels, then exosomes are applied so they reach deeper layers. About 45 to 60 minutes in all.

  4. Aftercare and follow-up

Mild redness and sensitivity usually settle in 24 to 48 hours. Stay hydrated, avoid direct sun, and use the products recommended to you.

What exosomes add

Exosomes are tiny vesicles derived from stem cells that carry growth factors, proteins and genetic material used in cell-to-cell signalling.

Unlike PRP, which is drawn from your own blood, exosomes are a ready-made topical. Applied after microneedling, they are intended to speed recovery, calm inflammation and amplify the collagen response.
