What you send us

The request form asks for your name, a phone number or email, and optionally the treatment you’re interested in, a preferred time and how you heard about us. It never asks about your health; please don’t include health details. Your request goes to the practice’s secure booking system so the concierge team can contact you, and to no one else.

What we measure

We measure how the site is used — pages visited, time on page, which buttons are pressed — to improve it. This measurement is anonymous: it never includes what you type into the form. If you arrive from an ad, we keep the ad’s click identifier (for example gclid) in a first-party cookie for up to 90 days so we can tell which ads lead to a request. We tell Google Ads only that a request or phone tap happened, with no personal or health information, and we do not use visits to this site for ad audiences or remarketing.

Your choices

If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, the advertising tag does not load and our product-analytics tool does not record your visit. Our own anonymous visit count still counts the page view, without cookies tied to you or anything you type.
