Arora MD Longevity & Aesthetics in East Brunswick, NJ offers three facial treatments: a customized signature facial (60 to 90 minutes), medical-grade facials with higher concentrations of active ingredients such as retinol, vitamin C and peptides, and the VIP Peel, a medical-grade chemical peel for fine lines, sun damage, acne and pigmentation. Treatments are carried out by the practice’s skincare team, including licensed aesthetician Mansi.

Facials & VIP Peel

Who it’s for

The first conversation is about you, not a protocol. You may be a good fit if:

  • Breakouts, congestion or acne scars
  • Dark spots, sun damage or melasma
  • Dry, dull or flaky skin
  • Fine lines and loss of elasticity
  • Redness or uneven tone

Your options

Which facial is right for you?

Three levels of treatment, from refresh to resurfacing.

Signature facial

Cleanse, exfoliate, targeted serums and mask, moisturizer and SPF. 60 to 90 minutes; back to your day straight after.

Medical-grade facial

Clinical-strength acids and concentrated actives for acne, pigmentation and aging. 60 to 75 minutes; maybe a day of mild redness.

VIP Peel

A medical-grade peel of TCA, retinoic acid, salicylic acid and more. About 30 minutes; peeling over 3 to 7 days.

Treatments can be tailored to oily, dry, sensitive or combination skin. Individual results vary.

How it works

What to expect

  1. Skin assessment

We start by looking at your skin type and concerns, then choose the facial or peel.

  2. Treatment

Deep cleansing and exfoliation, then serums and a mask chosen for you, or the VIP Peel solution applied evenly.

  3. Aftercare

Facials need no recovery time. After a VIP Peel, expect peeling for 3 to 7 days; use sunscreen and avoid direct sun.

  4. Follow-up

For ongoing results, a facial every 4 to 6 weeks is recommended.

The VIP Peel

The VIP Peel blends trichloroacetic acid (TCA), retinoic acid, salicylic acid and other actives to lift away the outer layers of skin and prompt collagen production.

It is gentle enough for all skin types and can be used on the face, neck, chest and hands. Full results are usually visible within about a week.

Questions

Facials & VIP Peel: common questions

How often should I get a facial?

Every 4 to 6 weeks is recommended to keep skin healthy and stay on top of ongoing concerns.

How much will the VIP Peel make me peel?

Expect visible peeling for 3 to 7 days as the outer layer renews. Protect the new skin with sunscreen.

Is there downtime after a facial?

Not after a signature facial. A medical-grade facial may leave skin slightly red or sensitive for a day.

Can I combine a facial with other treatments?

Yes, for example with microneedling, chemical peels or LED light therapy, as part of a plan made for you.
